Brian Sparacino
Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Rebel Hotel Company, Brian brings decades of hospitality leadership and operational expertise. Previously a senior executive overseeing Blackstone-managed hospitality assets generating more than $1.5 billion in annual revenue, he has led performance and value creation across a diverse portfolio of independent, lifestyle, full-service, and resort properties. Through Rebel’s institutional operating platform, he brings the depth, infrastructure, and disciplined execution that support Reserve Collection’s ability to deliver exceptional guest experiences while driving long-term asset performance.
Patrick Davila
Founder and Principal at Elements Hospitality Firm, Patrick brings more than three decades of experience in luxury hospitality, combining deep operational expertise with strategic perspective. He has played a key role in launching and guiding renowned properties including Hotel Jerome in Aspen, El Encanto in Santa Barbara, Meadowood Napa Valley, and within the Auberge Resorts portfolio. A strategic advisor to ultra-luxury hospitality developments, he also helped shape the early culinary ventures of celebrated chefs Daniel Boulud, Wolfgang Puck, and Joachim Splichal.
Jacob Wigdor
Jacob brings a strong track record in hospitality investment and asset strategy. His experience spans acquisitions, repositioning, and hotel management across both urban and resort markets. He has helped execute more than $300 million in hotel investments, specializing in strategies that enhance operational performance and create long-term value for owners and investors.
